Order Cut-Off & Handling Time

  • Our order cut-off time is 4:00 PM East African Time (EAT).
  • Orders are processed after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) are processed within 2 hours after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be processed and dispatched the following business day.
  • Orders placed on Sunday are processed and dispatched by 10:00 AM on Monday.
  • Orders placed during public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During peak seasons, promotions, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly extended. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

Nairobi & Environs

  • Orders placed before 4:00 PM are delivered within approximately 2 hours after processing.
  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be delivered the following day.

Deliveries Outside Nairobi

  • Orders are typically delivered within 24–48 hours after dispatch.
  • Deliveries are fulfilled through reputable courier partners such as Wells Fargo, Easy Coach, G4S, and other approved logistics providers.

International Deliveries

  • International shipping may be available depending on the destination country.
  • Delivery timelines and shipping costs vary by location.
  • Customers will receive a shipping quotation before order confirmation.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Fees

  • Orders below KES 2,500 attract a flat delivery fee of KES 200.
  • Free delivery on your first order.
  • Free delivery on all orders above KES 2,500.

Promotional free shipping offers may be introduced from time to time and will be communicated on our website and social media platforms.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive order tracking details where applicable.
  • Tracking availability depends on the courier service used.
  • Customers may also contact our support team for shipment updates.

Delivery Attempts

  • Courier partners will make reasonable attempts to deliver your order to the address provided.
  • If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address details, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery, additional delivery charges may apply.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address Information

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
  • Enhance Beauty will not be liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 3 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the packaging and products.
  • In the event of a lost shipment, we will investigate with the courier partner and provide a resolution once the investigation is complete.
  • Claims submitted after the specified period may not qualify for review.

Undelivered & Returned Packages

  • Packages returned due to unsuccessful delivery attempts or incorrect addresses may be re-shipped at the customer’s expense.
  • Refunds for returned packages will exclude shipping charges unless the return resulted from an error on our part.

Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders may only be modified or cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellations or address changes may not be possible.
  • Customers are encouraged to review their order details carefully before completing checkout.
